Kilns for ceramics
We offer various types of kilns and dryers for ceramics—tunnel kilns (e.g., for firing red bricks and tempering MgO-C materials), batch kilns (chamber and car-type) (e.g., for tempering refractory concrete fittings up to 1,200°C), and chamber dryers for electric porcelain.
We provide comprehensive turnkey deliveries of new kilns, as well as repairs and modifications to existing ones, maintenance and inspections of refractory linings, gas and electrical inspections, post-accident repairs, and conversions and modernizations to adjust kiln operating conditions or increase capacity. We perform calculations, supply, and install circulation units for flue gas circulation in tunnel kilns used for brick firing. We also supply and install rail transport systems, as well as perform modifications, repairs, and refurbishments on them.
